Just a note to clarify Puerto Rico Issue. This "Destination is an overseas U.S. Possession, territory or Freely Associated State." Accordingly to the United State Postal Service (USPS). it means Puerto Rico is not international because all shipping rates between both (any US State, to and for Puerto Rico) are the same.
