Still has original sticker on inside of ring holder which is slightly faded.
Measures: Base is 3 inches across
Stands 3 inches tall

Again it is a beautiful piece no nicks, scratches piece is in perfect condition!
Not sure how old the piece is I have had it for over 40 years.
