Should be somewhere on the case. It is often in small lettering on the back side near the bottom. Should list it as either full screen 4 x 3 or 1.33 to 1. Or as widescreen 16 x 9 or 1.85 to 1 or 2.35 to 1 or 2.40 to one. Often referred to as Anamorphic Widescreen. I would appreciate it if you looked again. Thank you. Jim
I have to agree with you. You have that rare exception that it is not stated. Thank you for checking. I don't have any idea what the AC-3 5.1 stands for. Jim
You could always put it in the player and see what comes out. Be careful doing this because you may have your setting on the TV set to "fill the screen" which is not the same as a widescreen edition. Thank you. Jim
fanned but could you by chance remind me of the name that has Tom Cruise as a Civil War Vet. and becomes a Japanese Samurai in the middle of the movie. Not sure if it's a remake of this one but for some reason this auction drew me in thinking it was the movie I am speaking of.
Well me either...and to be honest I have never seen this movie, just got it somehow. I guess the story could be related? But not sure...you would need to look it up in an online movie database to be sure.
