Fyi. take the back off the phone. look under the battery. see if there is a sim card or a slot for one. make sure it is not a mini sd card slot. then you can answer all the qyestions about the sim card. does the package say cdma anywhere on it? if so no sim.

Thanks for the info..This is a brand new in box phone..The phone is in a hard plastic protection case..It has never been opened..All I know is the phone is unlocked..The only info I have is in the write up..I don't see CDMA anywhere..The phone is packaged up and ready to go out in the mail for the winner of the auction..Thanks for your info..
