The listing, Perfect Condition, Antique Sword. has ended.
I'm a blade collector and this one always was one of my favorites but I have to let it go, hoping I get a good return. It is able to be disassemble. Full leather sheath. Stainless steel. A perfect part of any collection.

Hello fellow Vermonter =]. Great auction, wish I could bid but this is going to go way above my credit balance. This is a really nice piece, good luck on it!
Fedex for shipping large items is the best and cheapest.Being your first item, this will not go as well as if you had some positive feedback.Get some experience with little items and than list better items, when you are more knowledgeable and confident. And if possible, always offer FREE shipping and tracking.Shipping with Paypal is also much cheaper when using USPS.I have been selling online for over 15 years and shipped well over 50,000 packages so far.HAVE FUN WITH ALL YOUR LISTIA TRANSACTIONS.
Full tang to me would mean the blade and rod in the handle is all forged from one piece of steel. Making it maybe functional. From the broken cast looking guard I am guessing it is wall art. If the rod in the handle looks like a piece of round bar stock, welded to the blade. It is probably wall art. It is a nice piece and would look cool in a pirate treasure chest. Or on some pirates wall. If you take it by a pawn shop upon closer inspection, they could maybe tell you if it is worth $10 or $10,000. As for shipping costs, I spent $50.00 to send two skate board decks from California to the east coast last month, and I supplied the box. I would not suggest shipping US Mail. They told me UPS has better rates, but wont ship to PO Boxes.
@SlumLord1: I don't know the different variations unfortunately, but the ball at the top screws off, then the handle comes off, then the hand guard, and the sword has a long thin rod that goes inside the 3. If that answers any questions, idk, but I hope so.
@Angelao15: I'm honestly new to this, would someone mind telling me how I find out please? Not just for this item but possible future ones as well
Because I had t yet realized the half inch long nub missing from it until after the listing, it wouldn't let me change the title so I added that info in when I could
