Original cancelled stamps in a picture frame. The frame red/auburn color that can be hung on a wall or stand on a table. Inside picture is 5 x 7. Size with frame is 8 3/4" x 6 3/4". Stamps are primarily from United States. I see a few from other countries.

Are the stamps permanently stuck to the background or are they loose in the frame?

frame comes with the stamps. it is behind glass where it has been attached not sure about permanently. I will open it up and see and let you know tomorrow.
