Everything (garlic) is bigger in Texas!
These bulbs were gathered in a private backyard in small town Texas. This area, between Dallas and Austin, has rich black clay (zone 7). You receive at least 20 seeds, maybe more for well wishes!

Everything I plant survives on its own, especially in the ground. I have begun combining a few garden methods to achieve a eatible yard (no-dig, back to eden, and african keyhole). Try these with garlic too!

I believe garlic likes to be left alone and crowded with other garlic. Furthermore, I pay little attention to growing mediums and seasons to plant since we water as often as we want in modern society. When garlic looks dead is when you have a brand new bulb. Gather and save a few cloves. Each clove is a brand new bulb!
