Used, I'm not sure about washing it cause of the plastic. I never had to wash it. It looked new the whole time I used it. I had rugs that match it but my husband gave them away.

Do this have holes (possibly reinforced with metal), to hang with shower curtain rings, or is this one that you have to slide the shower curtain rod through the top? Thanks.

Yes it does has holes so u can put up with shower curtain rings
