This is a die cutting tool by a distributor called Momenta to be used for paper crafts. I hope I'm spelling this right---fleur de lis? This design was used primarily by the nobility at one point in history. There are four die cutting tools but they can be used for embossing or tracing as well. The package also states you can use these for cutting and embossing too! You could probably use these for painting or stencils too. The package says that these are compatible with Sizzix, CuttleBug, or Spellbinders machines. The sizes vary. The largest empty one on the top right measures about 1 3/4 inches by about 1 1/2 inches. The bottom right one measures about 1 1/4 inch by about 1 1/4 inch. This will give you an idea of the sizes Evidently, there are suggestions for it's use on facebook. Search for mymonenta.
