I am not sure if there is something missing here. it has what is pictured which looks like wax paper, this could be for a collector of old vintage sewing products, I love that it is made here in the USA.

I just love seeing items from my childhood! they go so well in the scrapbooks i'm making called, "all about me", for my kids!! f & w & bidding

Yes, that is a great idea, the scrapbook idea. My mother and grandmother had so much of this stuff since they sewed just about everything from dresses to curtains and quilts.
