PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING !! this is a locked ( previous owner didnt pay their bill ) i bought this phone from alltel . it was a great phone / when i got a new phone i sold this to someone i knew , well they went with a new company so left their bill unpaid , so they gave me the phone back . i could NOT get alltel to release the phone. so im putting it up on here for use as a mp3 player camera and video . its a lg touchscreen phone its a great phone and it plays music clearly , and the pics r awesome . the person who won this the last time i put it up . deecided they didnt want the phone so im relisting it .. happy bidding !!1

i sure can i need a few min tho .. and no its a semi smart phone ! like i said in the description its a locked phone . but from what a freind said on here it can be wiped for another phone service company

yes the charger is with it its a usb charger and there is a adapter for the wall
