It would help someone that maybe medically needing-to inform others of their needs.
You would write down all medical and illness needs.Allergies, condition you have, blood type, prescriptions on, and emergency contact numbers. And if you have a living will and can be stored inside with this other information..in case of an Emergency-to keep with you, in case it may be needed.
A child at school with special needs, allergies, diabetes, etc..could be turned into nurse office in case it may come in handy.
