your photos gives the impression that the top is a real loose fit. is the fabric too snug to possibly wear a tank underneath?

that's kinda a hard question as I have never tried it on, the reason there, its just not my style....so I would think it would depend on your size if your a large like me, I would think the camisole type tank with the small straps would work, if your a med or a sm...you could get the regular tank on underneath, more than likely....I hope this helps (Honestly Im Guessing) I thought a nice blouse that had never been worn with the tags would be attractive!
