This is so cute it was made in west germany it shows some ware on the plastic frame but other then that it is in good and operating condition!! so yes it works great!!

Well I was wrong about the words on the back. It says something like this- Chattering mill, smoke on the creek.
That is the literal translation which I'm sure someone fluent in German could make better sense of. Oh, and BTW, old
Johan Sabastian was not in the wording so I'm not sure if he wrote
The music or not and without hearing it, I'm not sure of the origin. Perhaps, it's a folk song???

Yes there is it states it at the bottom of the sticker that I took a picture of. My computers out to be fixed so all I have is my phone but I know I took a picture you'd have to look through all of them because I can't. Hope this helps you thank you!
