This is a used in as is, condition Nintendo ds lite, the top screen doesn't work but it is easy to replace. The bottom screen as shown in the pictures works and you can still play games just fine. I have a Nintendo ds lite game in it, the touch screen works when it wants to once in a blue moon. I just used the D-pad and buttons to play. Nintendo advance games works just fine and do not need to top screen for playing so it's a win win. The case is in new condition. This is for the console only and NOT for any games. I do not have a charger but the battery has a full charge.
