they are 1999 mcdonalds 23k gold plated pokemon cards there is no limited edition version there is just the mcdonalds ones all of them come with the pokeballs but most people lose them

Okay you are correct McDonald's not Burger King however, the Box they came in as you can see in the pictures says "LIMITED EDITION"
