it is adorable but I live in Florida and it would not work here it would be too warm last year for halloween we were sweating our butts off had to bring ice water so the kids wouldn't overheat :)

It is "up to" 36 months it is not just for 36 months... it can fit a lot of sizes its just a thick vest piece you wear over clothes so it may fit 12 months

Yeah well we are originally from Chicago area and we have only had that problem the last 2 halloweens so we are really enjoying it... it used to be find the baggiest costumes so you can wear 2 pair of sweats underneath:)

From the very top of the hood to the bottom of the vest is 22 inches, from the shoulder to the bottom is 13 1/2 inches the hood has kind of a puff in it where the butterfly face is so that takes up some of the 22 inches and the body is wide enough it would look poofy but you could even fit a jacket underneath if its cool out, any more measurements just ask

Good luck, Im glad someone will get to use it and I know halloween costumes are expensive these days so this is a decent deal brand new and all... also a tip I always save the kids costumes after they use them for halloween so they can play dress up for years to come it makes paying so much for a costume worth it :)
