This is a pretty twirly full skirted dress my Grandaughter has outgrown. The brand is Kid Fashion and the size is a 10. The color is white with navy blue polka dots. There is a small area at the front neck where the lining is pulling apart from the material. Probably an easy fix with for a seamstress. There are 2 very faint light tan stains on the front which I am presoaking now. Hopefully they won't be noticeable. It is fully lined and has a netted inner skirt for fullness. It is longer than most of her other dress and hit about mid calf. The length is 37 inches from top of shoulder to the hem.
