The listing, NEW Women's Black Leggings Tights XL Textured has ended.

Brand new never worn but NOT in original package. I purchased these thinking they were a fully footed pair of tights, and was surprised when I pulled them out to use them only to discover they had no feet - lol They were never even put on. They just weren't what I was looking for, and I already tossed all the packaging.

Women's XL - they do have a textured pattern if you look close

Un-stretched 20" but these are like tights that stretch out a ton. I don't want to stretch them to measure them that way. They are lime a size C/D nylons/tights.
