Description
The listing, Antique white rose enamel Guilloche Ring gold tone approx 1880s-1920s has ended.
Up for auction is a rare item - a guilloche enamel flower ring - approx size 5-6. May fit a 4 or 7. I have a collection and each one is different. I have sold one and it still raved about. These are highly sought after. I sell what I love so I am offering some of my rings to you. Will you be the lucky one? Enjoy this piece - it is gorgeous - and old. And free ship - yay!
Hello and thank you for your interest. There is a Guilloche marking inside - they are small and too difficult to capture with camera but if you are familiar with Guilloche this is the classic shape and design. I suggest if you have questions about the antique jewelry you can also do research but here is a quote from a jewelry antiques mag "Enamel and Guilloche' roses were popular throughout the 20th century and before.." This jewelry was popular and made from the dates listed above and is a true antique. Thanks - KEK
Hello and I can understand your concern. To the best of my knowledge, the rings are made of gold, silver, copper and brass, with the latter two sometimes having gold or silver overlay. This is a goldtone - so I don't know if it is solid - don't think so but it could be. In this one - it is highly doubtful there is nickel given the gold color and from limited research it did not tell me that there were nickel in any of the rings - even the silver toned ones. Thanks - hope this helps. KEK
