Shipping costs can be paid by Pay Pal, a Postal money order (purchased from the US Post Office) or unused US postage stamps.

The winner could do concealed cash if they prefer, but I would suggest that if payment is made that way, please use delivery confirmation, in case it is lost in the mail.
I have more books ending the same day, if a winner wins more than one book, and there is shipping costs owed, I will combine the shipping costs, so the winner does not have to pay so much.
