These feathers shown are very vibrant red, some solid and some with black stripes. Some are wing feathers and some are tail or body feathers. All are natural and molted freely from my feathered friends. :)
They came from a small bird called a lorry. It is a fruit loving bird with a high pitch squeaky voice. The one odd larger feather is from a macaw. Maybe a few macaw feathers will be added extra!
I have gotten into making fans. I think these would be beautiful. The masscot for the school I work at is a Warrior and our colors are red and black, how perfect would that be. I just love your listings.
I see all the girl's are wearing a feather in their hair. It cost my granddaughter about 10.00 to get one put in her hair at the fair, it was supposed to stay in a month even with the daily hair washing but it didn't of course and I did not think it would. They would be nice with a tiny clip on on the ends so it could be removed for hair washing. I know I don't have enough credits to get this but maybe a father from someone who does??
