Its been used acouple times its basically brand new

I don't think you can and I get it. Unfortunately even if I put a high credit bid in unless someone else bids it will stay at 1. Your too new to Listia to be able to set a "GIN" amount..but you can relist this after it ends and set a minimum bid that you are willing to take. Now I think it costs you 10 or 20% of credits to do that. Example: if you want minimum of 20,000 credits it would cost you 200 credits to set that minimum bid. What I will do is once it's over and it says I've one I'm just going to send you my address and then click received. Usually I can click for a refund and you can issue me my credit back. But seriously it's one credit LOL you can have it LOL. Since we're practically neighbors !!
