Ladies these are NWT but the 2XL isn't correct. Unfortunate for me, so I measured them, the waist is approx. 36 inches. Mine is not... bummer

They will fit a 36 inch waist. I'm not sure what size that is maybe a 14/16. I haven't laid them in the sun to find out.It is the black and white panels that change.I am assuming that the black stays black but the white area changes color.
