iits transforming !!! , it changes the TEXTURE of your hair . i have fine hair and it turned to silk !! and with a flat iron, it was soooo shiny- i love this stuff for aging hair it gave back a youthfulness I lost during menapause.

step 1 is 5 minutes as is step 2 - 10 minutes total ! at a salon they would wrap it heat it and leave on for 15 min which you can do for a more intense treatment . This is not a conditioner - its therapy for restoration- but individual results apply.
