Not real silver or diamonds. (Birthstones)
This necklace was labeled "birthstones locket." Came with every months "birthstone color diamonds" 12 little birthstones in all. The chain is approx, 8 1/2 inches long.
Quarter and little baggy not included.
It's just been laying around collecting dust, since my ex bought it for me.
