Here's an auction for a piece of scrap gold. It was salvaged from an unused, expired medical device.

I don't have any further information, sorry. (I don't know the purity, and there is no visible marking on it that I can see.)

Would be great for making custom jewelry (seems to be flexible), or melting down and/or cashing in with other scrap gold.
