Hi, what is the bust measurements laying flat. not stretched. . You may have to stretch maybe a 1/4 to get it right and measure about 2 in. below the armpit. Thanks

Yes it has been washed and dried, all sizes are not equal especially in the plus size world. If it doesn't fit, do what I do...re-list.
