Questions & Comments

My older sister is Epileptic. She always has tremor seizures, some seizures cause her to become paralyzed from the waist down for up to an hour, others cause her to bite off chunks of her tongue and she has many scars from falling. She's also Autistic, and has Cerebral Palsy among other things. She's 23, almost 24 Sept. 29th. Seizures aren't fun, in know they scare her so bad, you can just see it in her eyes, how trapped she feels and she can't even say more than maybe five words.

Oh my sweet I am in such sympathy with her. Yes it scare me when I wake up on the ground. This is how I know I have had one. I never remember the seizure itself (I hope that makes you feel better). Most people don't. Since she can't tell you I just wanted you to know that. It is very difficult for her I am sure with all of the other health problems she has. Feel free to talk to me any time you like. I have also been through cancer, and spinal problems so pain is not unfamiliar thing to me. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers. Have a blessed evening and I will light a candle for her.
