This is a Brand New Phone, it has never been used or activated. We decided to go prepaid after they sent us our bill and this phone. It is Sprint phone. We owe money on the account. The phone can't be activated through Sprint. It will have to be unlocked and activated through another company. **** If Someone knows how to unlock it, it can be used.
There is NOT a SIM card slot ONLY a Micro SD Card Slot.

Just so u know... If money is owed on it, it cant be activated in the U.S., even if its unlocked... bill would have to be paid first...
It could possibly work in other countries though...

Yes we broke the contract on 4 lines. Our sprint bills just kept getting higher and higher. We could no longer afford it. They basically added the cost of this phone to our final bill.

Although it has a sim card slot, I don't know if it can be used. It is a Sprint phone and Sprint does not use sim cards. Maybe if it were unlocked it could be used.

I want to switch it to straight talk. I think there is a kit you can buy to do that whether the phone is locked or not as long as you are going to a different carrier. I know I have before.
