Brand new manual meat cuber/tenderizer. Perfect for turning a regular steak into a cube steak for minute steaks or chicken fried steak. This was my back up at the steakhouse in case my electric one broke down. But i just bought another electric one. My electric one has the same roller dimentions, so i can tell you that its great for meat that is 6oz or less, trying to fit more than that tends to bind the meat.
