Theres fake sterling from china that is stamped in .925 so thats not always too..all of the jewelry I wear is sterling. So pls if u r not bidding..pls move on thank u

Alpaca does not mean sterling alpaca silver does not contain actual silver.

Yes, but, alpaca is the word stamped on artificial sliver. Also, Alpaca is a town in mexico famous for silver. The only way you will know is to purchase a 5 dollar sterling acid test kit like i have and test it. Will be red if it is silver.
