My homegrown ShooFly Seeds! You get 50+.
I grew this and it is a non-stop bloomer. Leave the flowers on plant to make a paper-like lantern.
After is turns brown, you will see inside a big pod.
After it is dried out, inside will contain 100's of seeds. ONE tiny seed makes this huge plant. I suggest to plant 4-5 seeds about 2 inches apart, to give it a nice bushy look.
Annual, 3 ft tall, 3 ft wide, Flowers, lavender to blue, appear from June to October (Mine is still blooming)

Shoofly is grown to repel flies. Plant one on each side of doors to your home, in just days this plant will quickly grow into a large 3x3' ft. wide bush from one tiny seed!
It has a beautiful cup-shaped flowers reaching 1-2" inches across in lavender to blue color. Reseeds after blooming. The flower buds turn into paper-like hanging lantern seed pods, then can be dried & used for winter decoration.
