Up for bid is a vintage postcard showing the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo, Japan. This is an old card from my father's collection, but I have not been able to absolutely date it.It has a mark on the top edge of the card, but other than that, it is unused and excellent!
This hotel has had many renovations (some by Frank Lloyd Wright), due to earthquake, fire, and expansion. It is a sprawling complex, and from the photos I see today looks totally different
Interestingly, I looked on eBay, and someone is selling this same card for $34.99 plus $2 shipping! Here it is free!
