This is a one size fits all. The outlet is a large box shape w head and arm holes (you wear your own items underneath) and the plug wraps around the man's waist and has a large adjustable section of velcro

Yeah definitely. I'm a size 12 and had plenty of space. Since its a box shape, I actually wore a black belt around the center to give it some shape. The guy who wore the plug was a 36 waist and still had plenty of velcro to adjust
