MD Anderson said prognosis was 5 -10 years once it was in my lungs. I have had thyroid cancer since 2004 and it's been in my lungs since about 2007 and I feel fine!!! It was frightening at first but once I realized that God is taking care of me every step of the way....I am fine. Thank you.

Approx 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" I thought I had this on here already but I had only put the measurements of my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 that fits in it in one of the pockets in back compartment.

This has some interesting info and about everything you need all in one neat little book. I have always had these and used them but I don't work now so (on disability/cancer) it would be kind of pointless for me to keep it. lol I don't know. I guess I could you it for a Doctor appt book and medical expense record.... just kidding... Great size...not too big and bulky and fits in your hand just right.

7 3/8" x 4 1/4" is the size of my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and it fits in it...
I don't know the measurements of your Samsung Note 4 so measure yours and if it is smaller than mine it will fit.

I have always used one of these - nursing school and when I worked but now I am pretty much at home with my Dad 24/7 so don't use one.
