1. This phone was used with Boost Mobile. It has no stratches, dings or Knicks.
2. It was used for about 4 months. I found out Sprint/Boost Mobile does not have good coverage in my area, so I switched.
3. I don't believe it can be used with any other company even though it has a sims sard slot. Only Boost Moble. 4. There is no charger with the phone but, I will fully charge it upon shipping. The phone uses the standard phone charger.
