I love Listia, I participate in listing auctions because I truly enjoy the bartering. I have had the misfortune of dealing with some bad members. That has forced me to list my "terms".
*I offer FREE shipping ( in the US)
* Certain items will get Delivery confirmation, not all. ( I will specify with each listing).
*I ship out within a week of auctions end(usually weekends).
*I will only ship to the address supplied through Listia. I only ship to the winning bidder (please do not ask me to mail your gifts , if you want to gift your item, do whatever you like. After it gets to you).
*winner has 5 days to provide shipping info. If winner fails to do so, I will keep your credits and send item to 2nd highest bidder(why? Because I don't want this, if I did I wouldn't list it. I will not relist item. I got credits for it so someone who wanted the item can still enjoy it!)
*If you don't like the way I run my auctions, simply do not bid. please do not spam my auction about how you disagree.
*If after winning, while communicating, if you can not be civil, I will ask Listia to give you back your credits, and still send item to 2nd highest bidder. (Why? Because it's just easier.)

Do you mind if I steal your last guideline?? I have dealt with many RUDE A** members and have never known a way to get around it, I leave positive feedback for the fear of getting a neg or neutral. I had one lady send me her shipping info and then 2 days later email me hello???? And I was like I apologize if you emailed me previous for this is the first one I received from you, will ship in 2 days, have your shipping info... She replies with "exactly, I sent my shipping, you could at least respond with 'got your shipping thanks' that would be nice". I felt like saying "lady, I generally have at least 6 if not more auctions ending at the same time, I am a mother of 2, I don't have time to do that, obviously I got your shipping info since you sent it via listia not email. Some people. *smh*
