There is a tank top like undercover inside with the second layer being the outer white with splits all the way down the shoulder to black part, shown in the photos. The back is split also with the inside tank showing. The white fabric is super stretchy. The black part is laced with flowers as shown as best as possible in the pictures

I would say it's for more curvier girls as it doesn't flatter me at all. Brand new with out tags and only worn to try on once which was at home and couldn't return it as it was sitting in my closet for over a year.
