If auction goes for over 60,000 credits or if you win more then one auction and total of auctions combine equal over 60,000 credits. (ie example: you won and auction for 40,000 credits and another for 20,000 credits. That would equal free shipping for the items you won) otherwise winner will pay exact shipping.

No GIN (get it now) as I want to give everyone a chance to bid and be able to combine auctions to get the free shipping option.
