I am not real sure,it is handmade.I would say probably 3 to 6 mos.

It has to be at least 55 yrs old, right? They used the sheer baby christening gowns prior to 1955. After that the 'fad' kinda died out. When compared to the hanger it looks like a newborn to 3 mos size. You can tell if you try it on a cabbage patch doll. lol
