The guns shoot up to 325 fps. It's says in on one of the pictures, albeit a little blurry.

Are the bbs on the soft side? My son at a younger age and his best friend, in the middle of summer, would put on two winter coats and full face snowmachine helmets to attack each other with paintballs! The one and only time one of them just raised the front to wipe off sweat just as the other was firing... Right between the eyes, thank god! His friend had a raised bump for over a week while I had a heart attack! My son also went on to the police academy, lol, and an excellent shot to this day! Hmm, maybe should add those mini eye goggles lol, doesn't matter the age! He'd LOVE this! He had a soft tipped one and the entire wooden door and around it has these mini little specks but I must admit, a lot were mine unless I aimed somewhere else!
