VERY handy to have, I'm not sure where they came from, I found this in a box I had packed when we moved. Its Brand new and has a ink strip with it for fingerprinting your little one.

Its like a pamphlet u fill out with important info about your child. There is a section for physical description details as well as a photograph page to place child's photo on. There is a ink strip included to fingerprint all your child's fingers as well as a chart to put them on. Its all in a pamphlet for one to keep in a important place in case child goes missing. Looks pretty neat but I don't have kids, I must have ordered them for someone and forgot to give them to them before we moved ;) I have more then one if u need me to post another.

Oh really? That is awesome, EVERYONE needs to get these for their kids. I have no idea where mine came from, what site is offering them? I would love to get more to hand out then if that is the case.

Thank you for the info. I would not be listing them for credits, I make care packages for under privileged children and their family's so I would include them in those packages, which I had never thought about till just then lol so thank u.
