Pretty! Do you think it would be easy to downsize (I wear a 0)? Sounds like it's not a 14 by today's standards anyway, so it probably wouldn't take too much work, right? Watching!
Alcy, I believe when it comes to sizing patterns it is easy if it's one or two sizes but when you re-size more than that you lose some of the integrity of the pattern, unless you know what you're doing (which I usually don't). and actually, they are only one size different, most newer patterns have 34in bust as a 12 (at least from the ones I've seen).
I had this pattern!! I used it several times with just solids, just prints, and a cpl times with solid top and print skirt. Easy pattern. just luvd it. Had class picture taken in one of the dresses. One time I made a scarf with the print I used for the bottom and tied it loosely. I think it was '72
