Honestly. since if it is a real signature, it would have been written with a fountain pen I cannot tell if it is a print or a real signature. I do believe it is a print though because it is still in such good condition. I figure a real signature would have faded a bit by now.

It depends on where you ship to. It's also expensive for me to ship to the USA, even though I'm on the tip of Vancouver Island-only 2 hours from Seattle.
