Questions & Comments
Ooooh I like these!!
That is too bad about all your plants not making it w the winter snow!! El Nino is supposed to flood California & maybe bring warmer winter to you!! we need the rain, but too extreme---they try to scare u & u can not fool Mother Nature!!
These make me smile - such an unusual sunflower! I hope El Nino brings you rain but not so fast and heavy that the ground can't absorb....we had so much hard rain here earlier in the spring that our road to town flash flooded over a stretch of almost 2 miles....what a mess!
Got the palm fonds in recycle. They have thorns on them. I am saving the bottoms & make a hula skirt for the tree!! The horrible neighbor--said what the he** is she doing---no one heard of a palm tree skirt for a tree--& I would have probably tired of it but I like getting his goat!! LOL They pain them & make masks out of them!
Way to go! A hula skirt sounds fun! Here they put faces on the trees with kits they buy that have funky eyes, big noses and lips LOL - so a skirt would definitely add character :) :) I've never seen them painted into masks, I bet they are cool and unusual!
LOL--Oh I have to get the eyes and the nose---that will be so funny to see his face!!
Yes they are unusual when painted. They sell them for a lot on eBay, but not sure anyone buys them.
The flash flood sounds terrible. I hope it is not like that but I bet it will be.The water is so warm that all kinds of whales never seen before in such abundance are off the coast going after anchovies. It is like 70 and usually 50 degrees so they come in close. I saw on the news but not in person. :) Lets hope El Nino--is a nice nino!!
I'm glad someone likes the anchovies :) I bet it is a beautiful sight to see all the different whales, even if on TV. I too hope El Nino is nice this year....in year's past he has brought us a lot of snow - yuck!
Lol I hate anchovies too. Too much snow is yucky---they should call it different name--like el diablo. rofl Yes it is spectacular to see even if on TV. I have always wanted to go see them but they do not guarantee u will see one in past--& as u say TV is nice & warm ..lol
