Hi! I don't normally offer piercing instructions nor advice for various legal reasons and site policies. Since The question is something that is not too extensive, non-life threatening, and virtually no risk of disfigurement, I will pass along information that is readily available all over the internet and is NOT my personal advice NOR instructions.

You have to determine the gauge of your earrings first.

If they are normal/regular size earrings, they are probably a 22 Gauge.

Once you have determined your Jewelry Gauge, You would logically select a Gauge or two larger than the Jewelry.

The Gauge Scale is Opposite than Normal Chronological Numerical Order. Meaning, The larger the number, the smaller the needle.

So, for example, if the Jewelry is 22 Gauge, a 21 or 20 Gauge Needle would normally be used.
