This is a toy that was given away at 'Burger King'. I'm sorry I don't know what year it was given away. Quasimodo is a hand puppet in the bag it came in. He is approx. 8 inches tall. The bag is open but I do not think it has ever been played with. There is a streak of rust on the outside of the bag. See picture.
