The older versions of the Xbox 360 DO NOT have built in wireless networking support, but the newer slim models DO.
The advantage of the older system is that the hard drive can be removed

It should as long as it's detachable, there pretty much the same size only difference is the Gigs in the models such as this one is 250GB.
