I have to be out of town in the morning away from computer and internet access. I will not be home until tomorrow afternoon some time. I will get this shipped out first thing on Monday morning September 14 with tracking and insurance to the winner as long as I have their address then. Thanks again!
I'm so sorry about your paralysis... I have 1/2 a liver , waiting for a transplant. We sure take our health for granted. Sending you healing vibrations, well wishes and many blessings xoxo
I feel ashamed now, your condition is so, so much worse! I hope and pray that you get the help you need and that all things will be successful and you recover and be in good health! Thank you so much, my prayers will be with you! God bless!

Alright, that is fantastic! I never knew or even thought about searching for online classes, that is why I decided to offer a music book and cd that help you to learn to play mandolin, I especially wouldn't have thought they would offer free lessons! That is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing that info with us I really appreciate it!
My son-one-law writes country music, plays many guitars, & performs all over the states. He has performed in Nashville twice this year. He's really good. He would LOVE this! I'm going to keep watching. F&W. Thank you for your story & also debbyhc's story. God Bless You both. I also have damage to my left index finger & some numbness in all my fingers & thumb after my 3rd carpal tunnel surgery. I have said I want my index finger amputated due to the pain I have in it. But they just laugh at me. I waited 1 yr while the Dr kept saying I could get some feeling in it, but no. Anyway, it's just a finger. You guys are much worse, my prayers are with you both. I appreciate your love & music & your wanting to share with others. GOD BLESS YOU!!!
Thank you so much for sharing with us I really appreciate it! If he is a professional he might want one better and that costs a little more. This is a very good starter mandolin but far from the best. I was checking out some others that Musician's Friend had for sale on their website. I was shocked to see one that was priced at $8,000.00. I was just at the Ryman auditorium in Nashville last year listening to Ricky Skaggs. He was so good playing the mandolin, it was great. So sorry for your health problem and hope you can find some relief soon. It is very wonderful that we all can appreciate and share a commonality through music! I pray for your health and wellbeing! God Bless you !!
Thank you for your interest I appreciate it! I am hoping it arrives when they say it will, so I can list it by Saturday, if not it will be next week. Thanks again! :)
I feel your pain. I am a musician myself. My personal favorite is playing the drums. I now have a pinched nerve in my spinal chord, and too much activity gets to hurting too bad for me to play a full set. It's a pleasure to hear others play though. I'm trying to teach my kids the drums, piano and guitar
So sorry for your health problem! That is great to help pass your talent on to your children. I hope the younger generation will learn to love and develop an appreciation for music as much as we do. I have seen some really amazing young talented children and it has inspired me to try and do what I can to help maybe in some small way them to achieve their goals and develop their talents. Thanks for fanning, looking, sharing and commenting I really appreciate it very much! :)
Hey, I apologize, I keep forgetting to find out from the USPS how much shipping costs for a guitar! I have been to the PO several times, but I can't never remember to ask! I am definitely going to find out in the morning! I have a couple things to ship out in the morning and I have it written down on a bright neon green sticky note right beside my computer! It makes me mad at myself when I say I'm going to do something and then forget to do it! Well, if you don't win this one I have another different one I'm planning on listing hopefully this Saturday. Thanks again I appreciate it very much! :)
Hope your feeling better! Can't wait for more coin auctions! BUT, if I get lucky enough to win this, I guess 60 isn't too old to learn how to play the mandolin wind! God bless you & yours! Your friend, Vince
Hello, nice to hear from you again and hope all is well with you! I am doing much better now, have been recovering from surgery. I wanted so badly to win those Gunsmoke and Bonanza comics you had listed, but didn't nave enough credits though! Yes, I have still been collecting coins and plan on listing some before long. You are never too old to learn! I wanted to learn myself but now that may be impossible unless feeling returns in my fingers and wrist. I plan on listing more musical instruments if I can, hopefully one each month as I can afford them. Thanks, very good to hear from you again my friend! God bless and your family too!! :)
Oh no, Now I'm gonna have David Gates in my head...lol! Good old music, super great times and memories!!!! I'm selling my heart out and taking all the quizzes...lol!!!
I know exactly what you mean! I always get a certain song on my mind and it just will not leave! Yes, a lot of the good ones are gone! Makes me wish I could turn back the clock several years and relive it all again! Thanks again! :)
Hey, kindred spirits indeed, one of my favorite songs as well! I can hear it the song playing in my mind! Having heard it in a while, will have to break out my old collection and search for it! Been listening to Bread, will have to give it a rest and change to something else! Thanks for sharing! :)
Thank you so much I really appreciate! Fan of yours as well! I love these as well! One of my favorite songs were the mandolin is played was by the Dillard family called "There Is A Time." Sad song indeed, but true. First heard when they played it on the Andy Griffith show when they played as the Darlin family and Charlene song the song. Thanks for looking and commenting I appreciate it! God bless! :)
We are all here in borrowed time, mines just got a little higher interest rate... lol!! Laughter and love are the best meds. xoxoxoxo No one is any worse off than another. xo
You are absolutely correct, we were never meant to live forever here. With all the pain, sorrow and suffering, who would desire to? I truly admire your courageous attitude. We simply do not appreciate what precious time we have nor do we spend it very wisely! Continued blessings to you! :)
Thank you for commenting and looking at my auction I appreciate it very much and I fanned you also! I have a violin ordered and should be here within the next week or two. I will list it as soon as I receive it! Thanks again! :)
Oh yeah! There are a bunch of places you can find them! Amazon, Ebay, Just Strings, Sweetwater, Musician's Friend, Guitar Center, zZounds, just to name a few! Your the first one that I have known that expressed interest in a twelve stringer. Sometimes you can also come across a great guitar and at a great price at your local pawn shop! Thank you for your interest I appreciate it! :)
I am not sure for certain. From what little info I have been able to find they are made either in China or Korea. There are several US musical merchandise companies who sell them though such as: AMS (American Musical Supply), Musicians Friend, Music 123, you can also order them online through Walmart. These are just a few names, but there are more companies that carry them as well. Thanks for asking I appreciate it! :)
WOW The hub and I were just looking at this on Musicians Friend. Rogue I an excellent product. So have you done any modifications? Lowered the action or any sanding on the rosewood? Does it come with an extra bone or bridge
Thanks for looking and your interest in it I really appreciate it very much! No, it is the same condition that I received it shipped direct from the company. It has been stored in the original plastic and box it came in untouched. Even the stickers, protective plastic on the pick guard, and protective paper around the strings have not been removed. There are no extras with it at this time, but I am considering purchasing maybe a case, music book, or some other extras to go with it. Thanks for looking and good luck if you bid! :)
